Project Supervisor (Mechanical)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical advisor on mechanical compliance and asset management.
  • Oversee mechanical services including heating, hot water, air conditioning, and water hygiene.
  • Manage lift inspections and ensure safe operation in line with legislation.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and delivery of construction and maintenance works.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and act as Principal Designer when required.
  • Conduct quality audits, site inspections, and certification checks.
  • Manage procurement processes and contractor performance.
  • Maintain and update asset management systems and databases.
  • Contribute to strategic policy development and service continuity.

  • Hybrid - 2/3 days a week on site
