Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a long-term estates strategy aligned with the charity’s goals
- Oversee all aspects of property and facilities management across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Manage budgets, monitor costs, and deliver value for money
- Lead on capital projects, refurbishments, and sustainability initiatives
- Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in estates or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate effectively
- Experience in delivering capital projects and driving sustainability initiatives
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
