Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)
Overview:
We’re working in partnership with one of London’s most prestigious landed estates to appoint a Property Manager to their small and highly regarded in-house team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, mixed-use portfolio in Central London - approximately 70% of which is office space.
The Role:
You’ll play a hands-on role in managing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, focusing on service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and efficient building performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Overseeing maintenance and compliance across the estate’s assets
- Driving tenant engagement and relationship management
- Coordinating with external contractors and consultants
- Ensuring high standards of property presentation and operational performance
- Supporting long-term asset and estate strategies with the wider property team
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in commercial property management, ideally with office assets
- Strong working knowledge of service charge management and landlord-tenant obligations
- Proactive, communicative, and comfortable in a client-side or estate environment
- MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential
