The Role
They're a looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their growing Retail Property Management team. You’ll step into a live portfolio of retail assets, working closely with clients and tenants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and long-term asset performance.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who’s proactive, commercially aware, and eager to take ownership and who can hit the ground running!
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ property management experience (retail preferred).
- Experience managing multi-let retail or shopping centre portfolios.
- Strong budgeting and service charge experience.
- Doesn’t need to be chartered – capability and drive are what matter.
- Proactive, dynamic and commercially minded.
- Ambition to grow with the company.
The Package
- Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: Typically 10–15% of base salary.
- Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays (increases to 30 with service).
- Extra Time Off: 2 discretionary days at Christmas/New Year.
- Private Healthcare.
- 3 fixed office days (Mon, Weds, Thurs).
- 2 flexible days (home or site).
- Flexible hours available (school-run friendly).
