About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Real Estate Asset Manager to focus on the strategic and operational management of landmark trophy office assets in the heart of Central London. This is a high-profile opportunity to drive performance and create value across the capital’s most prestigious commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain strong tenant relationships, oversee lease events (renewals, rent reviews, break options), and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Optimise occupancy levels, negotiate new lettings, and ensure effective marketing of vacant space.
- Monitor and drive asset financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, rent collection, service charge reconciliation, and capital expenditure planning.
- Oversee refurbishment or enhancement works in line with ESG and Net Zero goals, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Prepare regular asset reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors, with detailed analysis on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Keep abreast of London office market trends, rental growth, occupier movements, and competitor activity to inform strategy and maximise returns.
- Ensure sustainability and ESG initiatives are integrated into asset strategy and that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial real estate property or asset management, preferably managing prime or trophy assets.
- Strong knowledge of the London office market.
- Demonstrated success in adding value through leasing, refurbishment, or strategic repositioning.
- Commercially astute with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- RICS qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
This is a rare opportunity
- Take ownership of landmark assets in one of the most dynamic office markets in the world.
- Join a collaborative, high-performing team with a strong track record in prime asset management.
This opportunity would particularly suit someone with 1–2 years of client-side asset management experience, who is looking to step up into a more autonomous and commercially impactful role. With exposure to high-quality assets, the ideal candidate will be ready to take ownership of landmark office buildings and contribute meaningfully to strategic value creation within a leading investment platform.
