Receptionist Concierge

We’re representing a prestigious, high-end property company based in Central London, who are looking for a truly exceptional Receptionist Concierge to be the face of their newly developed, design-led flagship building in the West End.

This is no ordinary front-of-house role. This is an opportunity to represent a luxury brand, care for a stunning, contemporary multi-tenanted office building, and build real relationships with tenants who value service, warmth, and attention to detail.

You’ll be the first impression and lasting memory of the building. You’ll create a calm, welcoming, professional atmosphere every day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and looks immaculate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome tenants, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Ensure the reception area and communal spaces are always immaculate.
• Liaise with building management and contractors when needed.
• Provide assistance and support to tenants with care and discretion.
• Be the guardian of the building’s tone, service level, and first impression.
