Interim Estates Surveyor

This local authority is currently seeking an Interim Estates Surveyor on a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.

During your time here you will be managing key assets in the commercial portfolio, and responsible for completing landlord and tenant activities, including lease renewals/rent reviews. 

Your portfolio will include mostly office, retail, and industrial properties.

This role is on a hybrid basis, however, if you are someone that prefers to be in the office, a hot desk system is available to you.
