Partner - Head of Strategic Land

On behalf of a respected and fast-growing property consultancy, we're looking for a senior professional to take on a pivotal role at Partner level.

This is more than just a new job — it’s a leadership opportunity for someone with ambition, commercial sharpness, and a strong grounding in strategic land and planning. The firm is seeking a Head of Strategic Land, someone who will work closely with the Senior team help to shape and grow the team. 

Whilst part of your role will be to grow pipeline and generate new business, you’ll have the advantage of an already large active pipeline of sites, ranging from immediate opportunities to long-term strategic land plays, including some major allocations across the home counties.
