Estate Regeneration Project Manager

As the Estate Regeneration Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the client-side management of the contract, ensuring effective administration, internal reporting, and problem resolution on-site.

This person may be asked to work on the project from inception to completion, including feasibility studies, contractor negotiation, budgeting etc. This project is a phased regeneration project, meaning that some of the projects are at further stages than others. If you have worked in a similar role previously, you will know what is required for this. 

There is a requirement to be on-site once or twice per week during the one-year duration of the project, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and timelines.
