I have partnered with a highly regarded consultancy based in Buckinghamshire, who are seeking an experienced Development Surveyor to join their growing team.
With an extensive pipeline of nearly 100 sites at varying stages, including strategic land allocations and significant development opportunities, this is an exciting time to join a company that is actively shaping the future of land development in the region.
The consultancy is most active in the Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, and North Bucks areas, with a number of sites currently in the planning or draft allocation stage and a similar number being actively promoted on a speculative basis. As a Development Surveyor, you will be key in driving forward these opportunities and assisting with a diverse range of duties.
In this role, you will assist with valuations, landowner agreements, CPO, wayleaves, and easements, while managing land acquisitions and disposals. You’ll be responsible for targeting new opportunities, monitoring planning applications, and conducting research on local development prospects and more.
