I’m partnering with a highly capitalised UK investor with a proven PBSA track record as they expand into key European markets. With £500m allocated for deployment, they are now seeking an Investment Associate to help drive their European strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience analysing PBSA or living‑sector opportunities across Europe, ideally within Germany, Italy, Poland or France, although other regions will be considered. You’ll support live transactions, working with the wider investment team on value‑add strategies such as hotel conversions, office redevelopments and wider repositioning projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Market analysis and underwriting across core European PBSA markets
- Supporting acquisitions, bids and investment committee materials
- Evaluating refurbishment, conversion and redevelopment opportunities
- Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and deployment
Ideal profile:
- Background in PBSA or living‑sector investment
- Strong modelling capability and cross‑border market exposure
- Commercial mindset with a focus on value creation
- Ambition to grow within a fast‑moving, well‑funded platform
