An established commercial property firm in Essex is seeking a driven General Practice Surveyor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on varied professional work, inherit a strong pipeline, and thrive within a supportive, well‑structured environment.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of professional instructions, including:
- Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
- Valuations (including pension fund valuations)
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Work from both a commercial management portfolio and external clients
You’ll inherit existing relationships and cases while contributing to the team’s future growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2–10 years’ experience in Commercial / General Practice surveying
- MRICS preferred
- Experience in valuations and landlord & tenant work
- Proactive, commercially minded, and confident generating new business
- A driven, personable surveyor with excellent relationship‑building skills
The Portfolio
You’ll work across offices, industrial units, and industrial estates, with instructions spanning Essex and surrounding areas.
