Interim Estates Surveyor (Outside IR35)

Looking for an Estates Surveyor to help manage a Council’s wide‑ranging property portfolio. 

In this role, you’ll look after a portfolio within the Commercial Property team, working to boost rental income and support the long‑term value of the council's assets. You’ll also take care of the day‑to‑day management of operational properties, making sure they’re safe, compliant and running smoothly.

You’ll handle the usual Landlord and Tenant work — lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings, and tenant relationships — as well as helping with valuations, invoicing and rent collection. You’ll also play an important part in advising colleagues, senior managers and Councillors, preparing clear reports that help shape future decisions.
