Do you have an eye for detail?

You’ll take charge of:

Crafting spot‑on, Land Registry‑ready plans for everything from Right to Buy to tricky easements.
Provide GIS expertise, spatial analysis and CAD‑based asset mapping.
Leading the property terrier database, ensuring every disposal, acquisition and transaction is captured with precision.
Keeping asset data clean, compliant and rock‑solid.
Producing smart reports that keep rents, leases and reviews on track.
Digging into Land Registry data and decoding title documents.
Handling ownership enquiries and FOIs using a full suite of mapping, legal and property datasets

£250 a day. 
12-month contract.
