Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of a prime central London office portfolio, including high-profile and landmark assets
• Act as the principal point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
• Provide strategic advice on asset performance, service charge budgets, and operational efficiencies
• Oversee the preparation, management, and reconciliation of high-end service charges
• Champion ESG initiatives, driving sustainability, compliance, and best practice across the portfolio
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality service
• Identify opportunities to add value, enhance occupier experience, and support asset performance
• Mentor and support team members, contributing to a positive and dynamic team culture

About You

• Proven experience in managing prime commercial office assets, ideally within central London
• Strong understanding of complex service charge structures and financial management
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships
