Principal Planning Officer's... are you interested?

A Local Authority in Essex is looking for a Principal Planning officer for an initial 3-6 month period to assist with major applications on greenbelt land. 

Applications may range from housing development to things like solar farms or large commercial projects. 

If you have worked at this level before, you will know what's involved in terms of workload etc. 

The timeline for this role will be a few weeks.
