A local authority in the Southeast is seeking an Estate Regeneration Project Manager to lead the transformation of a run-down estate.
This is a mixed-use development project comprising over 2,000 homes, along with shops and leisure facilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in contract negotiation
- Ability to manage external consultant teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Extensive experience in partnership working
This is a 6–12 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
