A Local Authority in Essex is looking for a Senior Planning Officer on an interim basis. They are looking for someone who can work on Complex Minor and Small Major Applications for a 3-month rolling contract.
They are looking for someone to start within the next few weeks on a 3-month rolling contract. They would be looking for someone who can go to the office once a week, although the working arrangements have been left flexible.
Experience:
- Senior Planner who has experience on Major applications in a greenbelt setting.
- Ability to effectively carry out Small Major applications.
Working Arrangements:
- As mentioned, this role will need someone who is able to come into office once a week but is left flexible.
- This role is inside IR35.
- The hourly rate is £40-£45 depending on experience.
