Associate Director – Commercial Property Management

Central London Mixed-Use Portfolio Senior Leadership Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity to lead the management of a high-profile, mixed-use portfolio in Central London. This senior role offers strategic oversight of premium commercial assets, combining operational excellence with client-facing leadership.

Reporting to the Team Director, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance of a diverse portfolio, guiding a multidisciplinary team and mentoring junior surveyors. You’ll be the key point of contact for the client, trusted to deliver best-in-class property management and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate finance, facilities management, and specialist service teams (ESG, Procurement, Customer Experience, Data, Technology)
• Ensure assets are safe, clean, secure, and maintained to the highest standards
• Deliver a modern, competitive occupier experience
• Monitor and optimise service charge performance
• Champion sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives
• Represent the business with professionalism and commercial insight

Candidate Profile:

• MRICS qualified with strong experience in commercial property management
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Track record of managing multi-let assets and complex service charges
• Central London experience preferred
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ambitious, collaborative, and committed to being London-based four days per week
