We are looking Technical Accountant to join a Borough Council in Essex on an initial 6 month basis. The main facets that the role will oversee include...

  • Monthly filing of VAT returns for the Council and other partner.
  • Assisting with the closure of accounts for 2023-24 including member allowances and expenses, interest paid and received, debtors and creditors analysis and lease contracts.
  • Assisting with partial exemption calculations.
