• Take charge of service charge recovery and cost recharging to tenants.
• Collaborate with Commercial Accountants to create performance reports for quarterly reviews.
• Identify opportunities for cost management improvements.
• Streamline acquisitions and ensure a smooth transition.
• Report refurbishment expenditure and liaise on head rent calculations.
• Manage rates and rate mitigation costs, ensuring accurate liabilities.

Qualifications/Training:
