If you are Chartered Accountant looking for a varied finance role, that allows you to be a key member of a successful real estate investor, then this is a role for you.

Your Role:

• Craft flawless management and statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and adhering to deadlines.
• Dive into calculations and IFRS adjustments, showcasing your analytical prowess.
• Fuel business-wide Net Rental Income accruals, reporting, and analysis.
• Contribute to Group consolidated reporting and the drafting of financial statements.
• Strengthen controls with expert ledger management and account reconciliations.
• Play a vital role in capex project spend monitoring and treasury management.
• Showcase your financial wisdom by preparing accounting papers and audit support.
• Oversee VAT reporting, tax packs, and various statutory requirements.

This will be an on-site role based in the vibrant area of Covent Garden, with amazing amenities a stones throw away. On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus.
