The Opportunity:

I’m partnering with a leading real estate advisory firm looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Valuations team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity to take responsibility for valuing commercial assets across the UK, while supporting the management of several high-profile balanced funds, coordinating alongside three associates on portfolio valuations exceeding £8bn. 

The role offers the chance to work with an experienced team, providing monthly and quarterly valuations, supporting client relationships, and contributing to one of the market’s most respected valuation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate assets allocated to you
• Use valuation software (Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, KEL, MRi) to deliver accurate and timely reports.
• Support loan security valuations
• Abide by the principle of Continuing Professional Development as required by the RICS and stay up to date on market trends, property law, and best practices.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified and registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme
• Strong background in UK commercial property
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills.
• Strong IT proficiency across valuation tools and Microsoft Office.
• Motivated team player with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
