Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor

Operating across London and the South East, the company continues to grow while keeping its feet on the ground — and now, they’re looking for a like-minded Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to join them.

Who they are looking for:

• A Building Surveyor / Building Surveyor with 5 years + consultancy experience (MRICS preferred but not essential)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contract Administration
• Party Wall, Defects, Pre-Acquisitions, Feasibility, PPM
• Work on varied projects across the sectors, with a range of £1,000 to £1 million
• Mentoring juniors & working directly Directors
