Looking for someone local

Are you immediately available, and living in the Northwest?

A 9-month contract is available due to maternity leave, giving you the chance to work within the Estates team. 

You will be focusing on a backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals. Also dabbling in disposals.  

Pay £40ph. Working 5 days per week.

You are required to be in the office once a week to see the team.
