I’ve partnered with a Property Management firm in the heart of Central London to help them find a Building Manager who will oversee a prestigious 200,000 Sqft office building.

This role is not just about managing the property—it’s about shaping the experience for tenants and ensuring the building runs smoothly every day. From checking in with tenants and handling issues to managing service charges, you’ll be the key point of contact for day-to-day operations.

You'll need to have experience in managing multi-million-pound service charge budgets, as well as a solid track record in commercial office environments.

With the salary ranging between £60,000 - £70,000, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Manager who’s ready to take on a new challenge and make their mark in Central London.
