A Local Authority in the South East of England are looking for a Senior Enforcement Officer on an initial 6 month rolling contract, they are looking for someone who is able to start within the next few weeks
-This is a full time role but working arrangements have been left flexible.
Experience:
-You will play a fundamental role in serving a variety of enforcement notices, drafting witness statements for inquiries, and negotiating for retrospective planning permission.
-You will be responsible for investigating and managing a caseload of planning enforcement cases, from small-scale breaches to large/complex cases which may require you to represent at planning appeals.
-They are looking for a very experienced enforcement officer, who could undertake Planning contravention notices (PCN's), draft and issue Enforcement Notices.
Working arrangements:
- Inside IR35.
-The hourly rate ranges from £45/h to £50/h depending on your experience.
