Regeneration Programme Manager

Do you enjoy being involved in large projects where you can really make a difference?

A Sussex-based council is looking for a Project Manager to assist in the delivery of commercial projects.

The contract will be for an initial 6 months and would like you to be in the office for 1-2 days a week, but this may include site visits instead of office work.

Some duties may include:

• Project manage sites that are in pre-construction stages as well as the ones that are onsite.
• Manage commercial projects at all different stages of RIBA.
• Work with the senior management team and keep them updated on the status of schemes.
• Communicate with developers and external stakeholders.

If you have experience within construction or have worked on large Regeneration/ Development projects in the past, this would be very useful.
