I’m looking for a Property Services Co-ordinator to join a busy and friendly team supporting responsive repairs, voids, compliance, and planned maintenance across a diverse portfolio of homes.

💰 Salary: £19.00 - £21.00phr LTD
📋 Contract Type: 6 months temp to perm
Are you experienced in housing repairs or property services admin and ready to join a values-driven housing provider? Do you enjoy keeping things organised, solving problems, and helping services run like clockwork?
📁 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Diagnosing repairs, raising works orders, and tracking progress
✅ Processing invoices and keeping asset/contract data up to date
✅ Liaising with residents, contractors, and local authorities
✅ Supporting planned works, voids, and aids & adaptations
✅ Responding to enquiries and assisting with complaints
✅ Coordinating satisfaction surveys and maintaining records
🎯 What I’m Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 2+ years’ experience in housing/property admin or repairs coordination is essential
🔹 Confident communicator – written and verbal
🔹 Strong IT skills and a great eye for detail
🔹 Experience processing invoices and using schedules of rates
🔹 Positive, proactive, and resident-focused
