I am looking for a Experienced Repairs scheduler to join a fast paced and high work loaded team.

Location: Northamptonshire
Contract: Initially 3 months, likely to extend up to 12 months.
Rate: £17.00 – £20.00 per hour.
Start Date: Immediate. 

About the Role

We are urgently seeking an Admin Repair Scheduler to join our team. This role is key to supporting the restructuring of the repairs service and clearing a significant disrepair backlog within six months. You will manage scheduling, coordinate legal compliance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage day-to-day repairs and disrepair enquiries.
  • Prioritize and reduce the disrepair backlog, aiming for zero within six months.
  • Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to confirm appointments and resolve issues.
  • Support legal case preparation and compliance checks for disrepair claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repair activities and legal cases.
  • Assist in implementing new processes as part of the repairs service restructure.
