Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your on-site team, embedding the companies culture and values every day.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, turning residents into advocates who rebook, refer, and drive demand.
• Oversee all property operations: health & safety, compliance, financial performance, and asset management.
• Drive sales and occupancy—hitting revenue targets, maximising summer bookings, and unlocking new income opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with students, universities, internal teams, and local stakeholders.
• Support new property mobilisations—hiring teams, setting up operations, and ensuring smooth openings.
• Maintain the highest standards across service, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your Requirements:

• Experience leading teams in hospitality, student accommodation, or property management.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness with confidence managing budgets, forecasts, and P&Ls.
• Sales-driven and motivated by targets and KPIs.
• Comfortable using tech—CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
