This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing property company with a diverse and expanding portfolio of hotels and student accommodation. You’ll take the lead at a vibrant, high-demand site of nearly 500 beds, playing a key role in shaping the student living experience.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage a Reservations Assistant, drive occupancy and revenue, and deliver a standout customer journey. Backed by a brand-new flagship development and a dedicated sales hub, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, autonomy, and results.

Your Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle – from enquiry to signed tenancy
- Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic planning and hands-on delivery
- Lead viewings and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build strong partnerships with local agents, the University, and international networks
- Coach and support onsite teams to boost performance and rebookings
Your Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in PBSA, property, or hospitality
- A confident communicator with strong commercial instincts
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- CRM-savvy and data-led in decision-making
