You’ll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of a vibrant, award-winning development, ensuring residents feel supported, valued, and at home. From managing day-to-day resident requests to overseeing the property’s upkeep, you’ll be the friendly face everyone turns to, helping to create a seamless living experience.

As an Assistant Resident Manager, you'll have the opportunity to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your contributions are truly valued. You’ll be equipped with the tools and support to excel, ensuring that every resident’s experience is memorable.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time.
  • Responding to rental enquiries, booking in and conducting viewings and agreeing offers.
  • Aiming to achieve 97% and above occupancy.
  • Carrying out regular inspections of communal areas and apartments.
  • Organising minor works between tenancies to maintain first class presentation of apartments.
  • Completing check in and check out reports; determining deposit returns.
  • Work alongside the RSM to ensure H&S statutory requirements are met across the development.


Your Requirements:

  • You have experience in residential property management or a customer-focused service environment.
  • A natural problem solver with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to resident requests.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with residents and external partners.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, well-managed environment for all.
