A council in Lancashire is looking for an Estates Surveyor.
Focusing on:
- Managing landlord & tenant matters.
- Conducting site visits to vacant and occupied properties.
- Assess conditions of units, identify repairs, and ensure certifications are up to date.
- Deal with ground leases - Assignments and sub‑lettings & 1950's leases requiring careful review.
- Update debtor records promptly to avoid billing old tenants instead of new ones.
Full-time & part-time available; however, either way, you will need to be in the office/on site 2 days a week.
£375 a day.
