As part of this journey, they are seeking a Senior to Director-level Surveyor with a defined route to part-equity. This is a genuine opportunity to play a role in shaping the firm’s future direction.

The Role

You’ll play a central role in the firm’s professional services offering, working across a broad mix of instructions including:

• Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
• Valuations
• Landlord & Tenant matters
• Work generated from both an existing management portfolio and external clients

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial / General Practice surveying experience
• MRICS preferred
• Proactive, commercially minded approach
• A personable, relationship-driven surveyor who values client care and long-term partnerships
