I'm looking for a confident Disposals Lead to help hit ambitious targets at a local authority.

In this role you’ll lead on disposals across an operational and commercial portfolio, from strategy through to completion. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives under pressure, knows how to get deals done and can successfully navigate internal and external issues that arise within the public sector.

If you’ve got strong negotiation skills and disposal experience in the public sector, I'd really like to hear from you.
