THE TASKS:

  • You will establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as seeking communication with residents.
  • You will ensure that project deadlines, costs and quality specifications are met and provide supportive and inspiring leadership to the team.
  • You will manage the financial performance, attending regular P&L reviews with stakeholders.
  • You will oversee the tenancy management process.
  • You will develop capability of team members to meet key performance goals.


YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well, you need to be a strong relationship builder with excellent communications and organisation skills.
  • Successful experience in managing operations within the property sector.
  • Experienced with H&S regulations as well as maintenance repairs.
