A local authority in North West London is seeking a seasoned Locum Property Lawyer to take the lead on a range of property matters.

Your role will include:

• Providing legal advice on both commercial and residential property transactions

• Drafting and reviewing leases, licences, right-to-buy agreements, acquisitions, and disposals

• Supporting internal departments with property-related legal guidance

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in property law within the public sector

• Prior experience working with local authorities is highly desirable
