They are now looking to further enhance community engagement and increase use of the area.

Working alongside the Finance Director, this is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will ensure a consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of responsibilities, including managing and allocating accounts, preparing financial statements, and overseeing tax data. The candidate will also serve as the main point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support business growth
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes

You will have:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within property, hospitality, or mixed-use environments
  • Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and innovation

What's on Offer:

  • A collaborative and inclusive working culture
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • Access to exclusive events and experiences across the estate
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package

If this is of interest, please apply or drop me a message and I’d be happy to discuss further.
