Interim Programme Manager - Service Transformation

• £350 - £400 per day
• Inside IR-35
• 3-months initial contract

The Job:

If you are a service transformation programme manager you will know that these roles require a strategic mindset, diligent work ethic and leadership gravitas. 

There is a lot of work to be done in this role, it’s not the typical “caretaker” interim position. 

This is for someone who enjoys dropping into an organisation and setting it up for long term success. 

A branch of the frontline service needs to be reviewed, including the inhouse staff and external contract provisions.

The service transformation programme manager needs to review the current landscape and then devise and implement a new structure to ensure the service is meeting requirements.

The External contracts need reviewing and, if required, retendering to bring up to specification.

A good knowledge of health & safety, public sector procurement, consultation, redistribution, and recruitment will be highly valuable.

As well as experience demonstrable experience following relevant HR protocol.
