A Housing Association based in London is looking for a Head of Development to cover Development, Delivery, and Sales. 

You will be tasked to manage a small team who are overseeing a small to medium-sized development programme whilst also helping to oversee the programme yourself. 

Experience in a HA/LA is essential for this role, along with experience of managing all 3 service areas previously. 

This role is for a Head of/ Director level individual.
