Interim Asset Manager

I’m working on a great 3 day per week interim role (inside IR35), hoping to find someone who knows how to deal with an operational property portfolio - think civic centres, community hubs, sports grounds, pavilions etc.

This role is more about delivery then strategy, so it’s worth us having a chat if you’re confident dealing with all Landlord & Tenant matters like rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, easements, wayleaves, as well as assisting with disposals and instructing external agents. 

You’ll be joining a small, friendly team who (unlike most councils) are on top of their workload, they just need someone to help keeps things moving in the right direction.
