With 350+ apartments across two stunning, well-located developments in London, they are dedicated to quality, comfort, and convenience.
Now, they are looking for a passionate and inspiring General Manager to drive excellence, nurture the community, and lead a team that delivers an exceptional co-living experience every day.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, excellence, and a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate resident events and community engagement activities to create a vibrant, connected living experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy, overseeing the leasing process from start to finish to ensure a seamless experience for prospective residents.
- Manage the property’s budget, including operational costs, ensuring financial targets are achieved while maximising revenue through efficient operations and strong occupancy levels.
Your Requirements:
- Proven experience in Co-Living, BTR, PBSA, or hospitality sectors, with a strong track record of managing operations, elevating customer service, and leading successful teams.
- A proactive, hands on approach to daily operations, ensuring every aspect of the community runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A genuine passion for creating inclusive, resident-focused communities that inspire connection, growth, and belonging.
