My client is an award-winning Co-Living/BTR provider committed to delivering exceptional living experiences, and they are looking for a dynamic leader to drive their mission forward. If you’re passionate about creating thriving residential communities and leading a team that makes a difference in people’s everyday lives, this is the role for you.

As a forward-thinking, resident-focused organisation, my client believes in creating inclusive, connected communities where residents can flourish both socially and professionally. With 350+ apartments across two stunning, well-located developments in London, they are dedicated to quality, comfort, and convenience.

Now, they are looking for a passionate and inspiring General Manager to drive excellence, nurture the community, and lead a team that delivers an exceptional co-living experience every day.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, excellence, and a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
  • Plan and coordinate resident events and community engagement activities to create a vibrant, connected living experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy, overseeing the leasing process from start to finish to ensure a seamless experience for prospective residents.
  • Manage the property’s budget, including operational costs, ensuring financial targets are achieved while maximising revenue through efficient operations and strong occupancy levels.

Your Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Co-Living, BTR, PBSA, or hospitality sectors, with a strong track record of managing operations, elevating customer service, and leading successful teams.
  • A proactive, hands on approach to daily operations, ensuring every aspect of the community runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • A genuine passion for creating inclusive, resident-focused communities that inspire connection, growth, and belonging.
