Providing input into SATURN, EMME, and Microsimulation Models?
Hello there,
There seems to be a lack of in-house modelling expertise in the Public Sector; authorities in line with LTP/LIPs wish to bring this in-house for various funding applications and business case development.
I'm writing to get in touch to see if you have an interest in assisting Local Authorities country-wide with your Transport Modelling expertise, SATURN and EMME modelling in particular. You'd be providing strategic input and oversight for a wide part of the authority.
Local Authorities' requests have recently come out seeking specialist Transport planning expertise on a contractual basis to give Strategic Modelling insight and input.
Expertise in: network coding, junction, demand modelling and congest network assignment, multimodal network simulation would be advantageous to multiple of my clients.
If Transport Appraisals and Modelling is your bag, I'd welcome a CV and am happy to add you to my records and have an initial chat. Following this, my clients propose potential requirements for the above country-wide.
Oyster's recent study on the Engineering desk, if I were to obtain a reference complimenting your CV, this would give a 37% uplift in Hiring Managers in the public sector wanting to entertain conversation.
We would like to attract talent from all corners of the Engineering/Transport world for this role. Our commitment is to an equitable recruitment process, so feel free to apply in any way that suits you, via WhatsApp, video message, CV, the more creative the better.
Nb; I will only come back to CV if it obtains relevant experience.
