Austin studied Film at uni, and after graduating went on to pursue his dreams of video-editing. And very quickly realised there is no money in it. That and it’s great as a hobby, but doing it to pay your rent? Not quite as fun. Recruitment was the solution. Austin has been working in our Engineering team since 2022.
What makes Austin good at his job?
Austin is friendly, motivated, and understanding. He’s enthusiastic and prepared to hustle, especially as he’s more competitive against himself than anyone else. Austin wants to do the best he can at all times, which means he’s always doing the most he can for his candidates.
Where is Austin going after work?
He may no longer be doing it for a living, but Austin still has a passion for video-editing. His weekends are spent editing music videos, YouTube videos, short films, you name it.
