Take the Next Step in Your Career - Environmental Protection Team Leader
A council based in Hampshire are on the look for an Environmental Protection (Pollution) Team Leader to start in November. This is a great opportunity for someone with management experience to come in and make a real difference overseeing the service.
What's it in for you?
- £45-£50 per hour
- 3 days per for 25-28 hours per week
- Initial 3 month contract with view to extend longer term/ option to join permanent
- Hybrid working arrangements - 2 days in office
What is the role/required?
- Managing team small team
- Experience in the service of the range of nuisance
- Support the team draft Stage 1 complaints and dealing with own complex cases
- Competent in acoustics and the critical review of Acoustic reports
- Experience in commenting on the planning applications on range of application types
- To support the Environmental Health Manager and deputise for them from time to time, within their specific area of expertise
- You’ll need to be a registered Environmental Health Officer (EHORB) or equivalent, hold a certificate in noise competence and have
experience in a senior/supervisory role.
