A Southwest London council are on the lookout for an Interim Building Surveyor to join the Design Service team.
You will be required to Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design. Provide expert knowledge in building forensics. Undertake a desktop assessment of any key planning requirements or other potential constraints which will affect the Surveying Services (e.g. listed building, conservation area etc) and advise the Client/Project Coordinator accordingly.
You will be required into the office 1/2 days per week, and can work from home for the rest of the week while also going out on site visits.
Also the client is offering a one year contract with possibility to be extended even further.
