Seeking innovative Senior Facilities Manager to drive excellence through one of the most the prestigious educations institutions in London.

Are you ready to lead and innovate in one of the most prestigious educational institutions in London? WE are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join a dedicated team.

Currently there are six thriving independent schools, all with commitment to excellence in education, nurturing young minds in an environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and growth. The schools provide a vibrant community where every member plays a crucial role in shaping the future leaders of tomorrow, with a true family feeling at the heart. A great time to join the team with is exciting expansion of two new sites.

Role Overview:

This is a newly created vacancy reporting directly to the COO where you will be at the forefront of ensuring the schools operates smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee all aspects of soft services (Cleaning, Catering, Transport, etc) across the implementing innovative strategies for sustainability and improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the daily lives of the students, staff, and visitors, being part of some exciting projects of the future with the trusts growth.

Some key skills to have:-

  • Extensive facilities management experience at a senior level in a customer focused environment;
  • Experience of supporting a diverse estate - Listed buildings through to modern new build environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, to external parties as well as interface with internal partners, staff, consultants, and contractors.
  • Leadership – especially persuasive skills, capable of uniting many different areas, people
  • Strong financial management of significant operational budgets.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives, promoting environmentally friendly practices throughout the school community.
