Disrepair Pro?

You're going to be working with a housing provider in Hertfordshire who are looking for a qualified Disrepair Surveyor to act as the sole Disrepair Surveyor in the team.
You won't be making any expert-witness appearances, but you will be the go-to for any claims that are taken to disrepair level.
They have an in-house that you'll be liaising with written reports, inspections and claims.
You'll be on a rolling contract with a minimum of 6 months that will look to be extended, if everyone is happy.
You will also require a qualification in Surveying, CIOB or MRICS for this role.
