Repairs Surveyor

🔍 Position: Interim Repairs Surveyor

📍 Location: Surrey (covering KT and TW postcodes, plus West London)

⏰ Duration: 3-month contract with possibility for extension

💼 Type: Hybrid role

💰 Rate: Negotiable

In this role, you'll be responsible for day-to-day repairs within the KT and TW postcodes, as well as across West London. No disrepair, damp, or voids—just focused on ensuring timely and efficient repairs for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conducting surveys and assessments of properties

✅ Identifying repair needs and coordinating necessary actions

✅ Liaising with contractors and suppliers

✅ Ensuring repairs are completed to high standards and within agreed timeframes

✅ Providing excellent customer service to residents

Requirements:

🔹 Previous experience as a Repairs Surveyor within the housing sector

🔹 Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair processes

🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and manage own workload

🔹 Full UK driving license
